The Hamburg CARD is Hamburg's official city ticket. You get free travel throughout the entire HVV public transport network (fare zone AB) and save up to 50% at over 150 attractions, museums, tours and more.
The individual card (1 adult + up to 3 children aged 6–14) costs from €12.90 per day with public transport. The group card for up to 5 people of any age is available from €24.90 per day.
If you already have a Deutschland-Ticket, the card is also available without public transport from €4.50 – with all discount benefits.
The validity begins on the chosen start day at 12:00 AM and ends on the last validity day at 6:00 AM the following morning. The card is dated, personal and does not need to be validated.
You travel all day and unlimited with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, buses and harbor ferries in HVV fare zone AB. Travel to and from the airport with the S1 is also included.
You save at over 150 partners, for example: up to 50% in museums, up to 28% on harbor and Alster tours, up to 25% at attractions like Hamburg Dungeon or Miniatur Wunderland and up to 20% on food and drinks with the Schlemmerglück upgrade.
There are two optional upgrades:
The Schlemmerglück upgrade (from €2) offers up to 20% discount at numerous restaurants, cafés and bars.
The Hafenliebe upgrade is a combination ticket with 60% price advantage – including one-hour harbor tour and free admission to the museum ship Rickmer Rickmers. Both upgrades can also be booked afterwards.
You can buy the Hamburg CARD online as a print@home ticket, in the free app "Hamburg – Experience & Save" or on-site at tourist information centers, HVV service points, ticket machines and hotels. Phone booking is available at +49 40 300 51 701 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM).
